Drink plenty of good clean water! If you are not drinking 1 to 2 quarts of fresh clean water per day, consider pure water helps the body keep itself clean inside. A cleansing process is a natural bodily function when given enough clean water to work with. Water aids the body in everything it does. Increasing your water intake will reflect in cleaner healthier skin and hair almost immediately.


Drink fresh vegetable juice.

Take fresh oils of evening primrose, borage seed and quality virgin olive oil daily.

Exercise. A little goes a long way. A good form of exercise is walking. Walking a mile just 2 to 3 times a week will put a spring in your step. The benefits include toning all sorts of important muscles.


Hair grows from living cells nourished with your blood supply. Nutrients are carried through your blood to every part of your body including the scalp and hair.
Grind and consume fresh flax seed with sesame seed. A few tablespoons of each seed per day provide important oils and protein. Seed grinders or coffee grinders can be purchased for under $20.00 and perform very well.
